WWE NXT (9/23) Sees Viewership Decline Going Into NXT No Mercy
WWE NXT viewership and rating numbers for September 23.
Programming Insider that WWE NXT drew 617,000 viewers on CW Network on September 23. This number is down from the 737,000 viewers the show drew on September 16.
Tuesday’s episode scored a 0.12 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from the 0.17 demo rating last Tuesday, which was NXT Homecoming.
Note: It was originally reported that the September 23rd episode did 707,000 viewers and a 0.17 demo rating. That was incorrect.
The show featured a huge invasion angle with TNA Wrestling, allowing names like Eric Young, Steve Maclin, Mike Santana, and Cedric Alexander to appear on the show. NXT’s usual names like Oba Femi, Trick Williams, Jordynne Grace, Blake Monroe, Jacy Jayne, and Ethan Page were also featured.
