As the second half of AEW’s four-hour Summer Blockbuster was airing, a backstage interview with Big Bill and Bryan Keith took place.

After picking up a win over Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona) in a Street Fight in May, the duo were looking for another team to face.

Stepping into the frame were The WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry & J.D. Drake). Both Drake and Henry had been sidelined with injuries but were cleared to return to in-ring action in late May.

The last time Drake and Henry teamed was on a May 2024 edition of AEW Collision.
