Vinny Pacifico Discusses Creating Content With Big Boom AJ, ‘He’s A Great Dude’

Vinny Pacifico has become known for his energy drink skits where he gets various wrestlers to down an energy drink, giving them the power of the punch.

Big Boom AJ is one of the most viral social media stars in years, bringing the boom as he reviewed Costco foods.

Appearing on In The Weeds with Jeremy Lambert & Joel Pearl, Vinny was asked how he and AJ linked up to create the megapowers of content.

“We did a few skits last year. I was in Florida, I hit up AJ to see how he was doing. We chat here and there. I’m like, ‘Why don’t we shoot some content?’ ‘Great idea, Vinny. Let’s do it.’ We had a lot of really fun ideas. Just fun stuff. It’s something that I believe a lot of wrestlers can do, and have been doing. Richard Holliday, Ben Bishop, really grabbing their character and utilizing it for everything. Skits, promos, vignettes, all these different things. I’ve tried to utilize that same strategy, like I’ve been doing for years, and utilize it in everything. I was hanging out with AJ and he’s like, ‘Let’s do some skits.’ I had some ideas, he had some ideas. That’s what’s happening in the wrestling landscape. A lot of talent are utilizing social media and their charisma to really crank it up to the next level.

Big Boom AJ will be in action at AEW Full Gear as he teams with QT Marshall against Rocky Romero & Trent Beretta.
