Triple H Doesn’t Want To Get Back In The Ring, But Would Wrestle Roman Reigns If He Did
Triple H announced his retirement in 2022 after suffering a cardiac event in September 2021. He last wrestled in 2019.
Appearing on Good Morning America, Triple H was asked if he could get back in the ring, who he would like to face.
“If I get back in at this point, I’d be wrestling father time, is what I’d be doing. Nobody, mostly me, wants to see me back in the ring. It’s hard for me to say. In this moment right now, a current superstar, if I could go back in time and do what I did at my peak, it would be Roman Reigns. He’s a great guy. Incredible talent. Incredible performer. (He’s) out making movies right now. He’s still a WWE superstar. He’s going to be massive,” he said.
Triple H and Roman Reigns headlined WrestleMania 32 with Reigns winning the WWE World Heavyweight Title in the bout.
