Trick Williams Defeats Moose To Retain TNA World Championship At TNA Emergence

Williams retains the gold.

The main event of TNA’s Emergence special was a singles match for the TNA World Championship. The champion Trick Williams defended against Moose.

The backend of the bout saw Williams accidentally hit his ‘Trick Shot’ finisher on the referee because Moose doedged the maneuver. When the referee was down, Moose speared Williams, but he was not able to get a count.

Fast forward to another sequence, and Moose went for a spear, but he missed and went into the turnbuckle. Williams proceeded to hit him with two ‘Trick Shots’ and got the win to retain the TNA World Championship.

TNA President Carlos Silva entered the ring to hand Williams the title.
