Trey Miguel Re-Signs With TNA Wrestling, Returns On 1/22 Thursday Night iMPACT

Trey Miguel is back under contract with TNA.

Going into the 1/22 edition of Thursday Night iMPACT, it was reported by Fightful Select that TNA was having conversations about Trey Miguel coming back to the promotion. The Rascalz (Trey Miguel, Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz & Myron Reed) wrapped up with TNA and then went on to sign with All Elite Wrestling.

Miguel ended up being released from his deal, and sources heavily implied to Fightful Select that the decision to let Miguel go was from Warner Bros. Discovery. There was a post that Miguel sent out in 2020 that was homophobic. He apologized for it immediately after.

On the 1/22 TNA iMPACT, Miguel made his return to the promotion for the Feast or Fired match. During his entrance, commentary stated that Miguel is back under contract with TNA.

Miguel went on to pull down briefcase number four in the Feast or Fired match. He either has a briefcase for a TNA World Title shot, a TNA International Title shot, a TNA World Tag Team Title shot, or the briefcase to be fired.
