Tony Khan Shares That Kevin Von Erich Is Working As A Coach At AEW/ROH
A new contract and a new role.
Two-thirds of the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions, The Von Erichs (Marshall Von Erich & Ross Von Erich), announced that their father, Kevin Von Erich, signed a Legends deal with All Elite Wrestling.
Going into All In Texas, AEW President Tony Khan was interviewed for a piece from The Hollywood Reporter. He shared that Kevin Von Erich is working as a coach for the company.
“Kerry was the first wrestler from the Von Erichs that I saw as a kid when he was called the Texas Tornado. The Von Erichs have a great history. Kevin works with us now (as a coach), and his sons are part of AEW. They’re also champions.”
Kevin Von Erich accompanied his sons, Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara to the ring for an eight-man tag team match on the All In Zero Hour. They scored a victory over Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty, Shawn Dean & Carlie Bravo).
