Tony Khan Says He Is Not Worried About Potential WBD Sale Affecting Future Of AEW, ‘That Doesn’t Concern Me At All’

Tony Kha is asked about the potential WBD sale.
Warner Bros. Discovery is evaluating strategic options and is reportedly up for sale. A recent report listed Netflix, Paramount, and Comcast as having submitted bids for the company.
AEW is under the WBD umbrella, but Netflix and Comcast have WWE programming and Paramount begins a deal with UFC in 2026.
At the Full Gear press conference, Tony Khan was asked Arya Witner of F4W if he was worried about the future of AEW should WBD be sold to a company that already has TKO content.
“I’m not worried at all. I feel really good. We have a great partnership with Warner Brothers Discovery and are blessed to be on TBS, TNT, and now having the show stream on Max. No, that doesn’t concern me at all. I’m very, very, very, very, very, optimistic about the future of AEW and where everything is going,” said Tony.
