The AEW president is no stranger to dealing with social media trolls, as he sometimes even finds himself taking part in online trolling at his competition’s expense. However, Khan has now responded to the idea that WWE could force AEW to force shop.
In a social media reply following Saturday’s AEW Collision to a troll claiming they ‘can’t wait’ for AEW to be shut down due to WWE, Khan responded with a simple Star Trek gif with a simple message: that’ll be the day.

This comes after reports that WWE are hoping for TNA to switch nights to compete with All Elite Wrestling head to head in the ratings. Fightful Select has offered some context on rumors surrounding these reports.
In a recent interview, Khan would choose the wrestler that he would sign if he could sign any pro wrestler in the history of the industry, naming 1990s Stone Cold Steve Austin. You can read more about that here.
Elsewhere in the same interview previously mentioned, Tony spoke about the idea of AEW having ‘no stories’, something he believes to be a fabrication. You can read more about that here.
