Tony Khan On AEW Women’s Tag Titles: If I Sent A Bracket Out, I Would Have Changed The Bracket In The Last Few Weeks Several Times

Tony Khan once again comments on possible AEW Women's Tag Titles.

Tony Khan comments on possible AEW Women’s Tag Titles after AEW All In.

As of late, the discussion surrounding AEW Women’s Tag Team Championships has only grown amongst fans. However, as of this writing, they have yet to be used on AEW programming.

While speaking during the AEW All In 2025 Post Show Media Scrum, Tony Khan was asked by Alex Lajas (Queen of the Ring) with Instinct Culture about AEW Women’s Tag Titles.

“If I sent a bracket out, I would have changed the bracket in the last few weeks several times. It’s been a lot of changes. A great example of this is Jamie Hayter, someone I would have loved to utilized today and be featuring in the marketing of Forbidden Door in the UK.  She would fit like a glove with the great matches we’ve been having. The depth of the women’s division has continued to grow and get better where we can sustain these injuries and put together something as ambitious as a great casino gauntlet, even missing some great names.”

Khan continued, noting that he the tag titles are something ‘he’s very interested in’.

“[Women’s Tag Titles] are something I’m very interested in and in a future gauntlet match would add more to stories, but also have a great tag division where hopefully we can have great tag team matches up and down.”

Elsewhere during the AEW All In Post Show Media Scrum, Tony also spoke about The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) being the first people to take the idea of AEW seriously. You can read more about that here.
