‘The Bastard’ was originally set to team with Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, and Marina Shafir in a Mixed Nuts Mayhem match at Worlds End. Daniel Garcia ended up replacing PAC in the match, which was eventually won by The Conglomeration.
Case Lowe of Q101 asked Tony Khan about PAC’s absence in a new interview.
“To be honest, it’s a long story. It worked out very well. We had a very hard hitting competition and everybody’s going to be cleared after the competition, but it just worked out.”
