Tony Khan Says He’d Like Chris Jericho To Have His Final Match In AEW Whenever He’s Ready To Retire

Tony Khan wants Chris Jericho to have his final match in AEW.
In recent years, Jericho has often rejected the requests of fans who have asked him to retire, saying that he doesn’t plan on hanging up the boots anytime soon.
Even with his future up in the air, Tony Khan recently told Adam’s Apple that he’d love for Jericho to eventually have his final/retirement match with AEW whenever he’s ready to call it quits.
“I would say that absolutely, I’d love it if Chris, his final match is eventually — whenever Chris someday would want to hang it up — were in AEW but I also don’t think Chris is really near that point.
Chris Jericho last wrestled for AEW in April, dropping the ROH World Championship to Bandido at the AEW Dynasty pay-per-view event.
Elsewhere in a separate interview, Khan recently stated that he has rebuffed media rights deals for Ring Of Honor in the past. Check out his full comments here.
