TNA Allowed WWE To Book Leon Slater In The UK Amid Visa Issues

Details on Leon Slater appearing on WWE SmackDown.

Fightful Select reports, “Leon Slater’s planned matches in TNA were pulled because he was among the talent with visa issues. TNA allowed WWE to use him while he was back home in the UK as a result.”

Slater was advertised for the TNA iMPACT! on AMC premiere on January 15th and TNA Genesis on January 17th. His match against Myron Reed on iMPACT! was quietly pulled from advertising while he was replaced by Joe Hendry at Genesis.

Leon Slater instead answered the US Title open challenge of Carmelo Hayes on WWE SmackDown.
