The Rock Says He Has A ‘Tiny Bit Of Influence’ In John Cena’s Last Opponent, Thinks Cena Should Pick Who He Wants

John Cena is set to have his last match on December 13, wrapping up his in-ring career as one of the best who ever stepped foot in a WWE ring.

Cena has headlined multiple WrestleManias during his run with the company, including back-to-back Manias against The Rock.

Appearing on New Heights with Jason Kelce & Travis Kelce, Rock was asked who he thinks Cena’s last opponent should be.

After sarcastically hinting at himself, Rock said, “I have a tiny bit of influence in the booking of it, but really it’s whoever John wants. That’s what it comes down to. Whoever he wants. That should be who it is. It’s not me, Nick Khan, or Triple H. It’s whoever John wants. That guy has earned it. The best part about John is that he comes as advertised. Who you think he is, that’s who he is. He’s a good dude, and I love that guy.”

The Rock was aligned with John Cena at WWE Elimination Chamber, which was Rock’s last WWE TV appearance.

Cena’s last opponent has yet to be announced. He is coming off a victory over AJ Styles at WWE Crown Jewel.
