The Miz Says WWE In 2025 Is Bigger Than The Attitude Era
The Miz believes that WWE is stronger as a brand today than they were in the Attitude Era. Miz also says that he thinks the storylines are stronger.
The Miz has been in WWE for 21 years, and during that time, he has seen many different eras come and go, playing a significant role in the transitional phases WWE has experienced over the years. However, the height of Miz’s wrestling fandom was the WWE Attitude Era. While that is considered to be the most popular time in WWE history, they are currently in an era where they are breaking more records than ever.
In that spirit, The Miz told The Schmo that he believes WWE is better today than it was in the vaunted late ’90s.
“Last year was a record-breaking year. It’s the biggest WrestleMania we’ve ever had. I’ll say this time and time again, there was an Attitude Era. This is bigger than the Attitude Era. The storylines are bigger than they’ve ever been. The stars, our roster is deeper than it’s ever been, whether you’re cheering someone or booing someone. WWE always finds a way to do better the next year. As best as you could possibly do, which I think we did amazingly last year here at Allegiant Stadium, it’s going to be nothing compared to what happens at WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium.”
Triple H, who was a fixture in the Attitude Era and arguably the main character of WWE’s Ruthless Aggression Era, recently stated that he believes WWE’s roster today could rival that of the Ruthless Aggression Era. Read those comments here.
