Tessa Blanchard Says She’s Never Been Racist, Is Tired Of ‘Being Used As Clickbait’
In 2020, Tessa Blanchard was accused of bullying and making racist comments towards La Rosa Negra. Blanchard denied the allegations and later made amends with Negra.
She stepped away from wrestling shortly after the accusations, and in the middle of the pandemic, but returned to TNA in 2024.
On social media, Tessa addressed comments regarding her alleged racism.
“I’m not perfect, made plenty of mistakes in my life.. racism is not one of them nor has that ever been in my heart. An incident from 10 years ago has continuously gotten twisted into something that race had absolutely nothing to do with because of the social climate. I’m tired of being used as click bait. Move on,” she said.

Asked directly, “Aren’t you racist?” She replied, “Nope. Never have been. Let’s move the hell on.”
