Taz Reacts To Michael Cole Shouting Him Out During WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event

WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13th was headlined by John Cena’s final match. He wrestled GUNTHER to wrap up his 26-year pro wrestling career.

Before the match took place, there was a break in between matches, and commentator Michael Cole took the time to shout out his past broadcast partners, whom he called John Cena’s matches with. He named Taz, Jim Ross, Corey Graves, Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler, and John Bradshaw Layfield.

Taking to X, Taz reacted to Cole’s shoutout:

Major congrats to the man @JohnCena on an absolutely amazing career! Cena always was a super guy & amazing performer! I miss him. I have amazing memories of calling so many of Cena segments w/ my man @MichaelCole during our years on SmackDown!

Taz is signed with All Elite Wrestling. He has not been on commentary for Dynamite as he’s recovering from shoulder replacement surgery.
