Taichi & Tomohiro Ishii Capture IWGP Tag Team Championships At NJPW Dominion

New IWGP Tag Team Champions crowned at Dominion.

Taichi and Ishii put away United Empire.

The fifth match on the NJPW Dominion main card saw the duo of Taichi and Tomohiro Ishii challenging United Empire (Callum Newman & Great-O-Khan) for the IWGP Tag Team Championships.

In the end, it was Taichi getting the pinfall victory over Newman to secure the win for his team and the IWGP Tag Team Titles.

Newman and O-Khan’s title reign clocked out at 50 days. It was their first defense since winning the belts in April.

Taichi is now a four-time IWGP Tag Team Champion and Ishii is a first-time IWGP Tag Team Champion.
