Stokely Hathaway: If FTR Wanted To Turn On Me, We Would Be In Some Type Of Trial Or Lawsuit So Long That Avatar 6 Would Just Be Coming Out

Stokely Hathaway comments on the idea that FTR could turn on him.

At AEW Dynasty 2025 earlier this year, FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) would turn on their close friend Cope, which had led to the pair now set to take on Cope and Christian Cage at AEW All Out this weekend. While FTR have a history of turning on allies, Stokely is not concerned about the idea possibly happening.

While speaking to TMZ Sports in a new interview, Stokely Hathaway was asked about the possibility that FTR could turn on him. Stokely noted that he isn’t worried about that, as if they were to, the parties involved would be dealing with a trial or lawsuit until Avatar 6 comes out.

“No, I don’t think so. All that paperwork they sign is not possible. It really is not possible, and even if the thought came up, we would be… in some type of trial or lawsuit so long that Avatar 6 would just be coming out.”

Elsewhere in the same interview, Stokely spoke about his recent singles match with Cope on AEW Dynamite. You can read more about that here.
