Sting Makes Surprise Appearance At AEW WrestleDream

Sting made his return at AEW WrestleDream, getting involved in the “I Quit” match between Jon Moxley and Darby Allin.

After Moxley attempted to drown Darby multiple times in an effort to get him to quit, the lights went down in the arena. When they came back up, Sting was in the ring with his trademark baseball bat.

Sting took out Claudio Castagnoli and PAC before breaking the tank containing water. He then tossed the bat to Darby before leaving the ring.

“The Icon” was confronted by Marina Shafir as he tried to leave, and he scooped her up and took her to the back.

Sting retired at AEW Revolution 2024, teaming with Darby to defeat The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) in his final match.
