Sol Ruca Comments On TNA Appearances, Learning From Wrestlers That Don’t Train At The Performance Center

Sol Ruca discusses her TNA appearances.

In 2024, Ruca made two in-ring appearances on TNA programming. On the September 26 episode of the show, Ruca teamed with Jordynne Grace to face Rosemary and Wendy Choo. On the October 10 episode of the show, Ruca, Grace, and Masha Slamovich teamed to face Choo, Rosemary, and Tasha Steelz.

Speaking with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp for a new interview, Ruca said that she learned so much from the people that she doesn’t regularly share the ring with.

“That was fun. I love going to different places and working with different individuals, I think we learned so much from getting in the ring with people we don’t see at the PC or don’t wrestle on TV a whole bunch. It’s always a great learning experience, being in different environments and seeing how TNA runs things. Even going up to Raw and SmackDown and getting to work with people you don’t see very often, it’s really fun and it’s a good way to learn and adapt to people.”
