Report: Sky Daily Planning To Sue At Least One Of Hulk Hogan’s Doctors For Medical Malpractice
Hulk Hogan’s widow is reportedly gearing up to file a lawsuit.
According to Daily Mail, Sky Daily is planning to file a lawsuit against “at least” one of Hogan’s doctors for medical malpractice that she believes led to his death back in July.
The outlet also reports that the lawsuit will be centered around Hogan’s neck surgery, which happened back in May. On the day of his death, an occupational therapist told police that Hogan’s phrenic nerve had been severed during the surgery. Sky Daily backed up these claims.
Daily has yet to release the findings of her private autopsy that she ordered for Hogan. Fightful will update fans if Daily chooses to reveal/release information from that report.
As of publish time, the Clearwater Police Department still has an ongoing investigation into Hogan’s death. Fightful will also update fans when more information from that investigation surfaces.
