Shane Helms: ‘Receipts’ Are Not For Settling Personal Grievances

Raja Jackson, the son of Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, legitimately knocked out independent wrestler Syko Stu at KnokX Experience in a planned spot that went too far. Raja entered the ring and slammed Stu, knocking him unconscious. He followed up with over 20 legitimate strikes to the head before finally being pulled away.

Prior to the incident, Stu confronted Raja outside the venue and smashed a beer can over his head. Stu thought they were working and was shocked that Raja didn’t sell the beer can shot. Stu later apologized to Raja and they shook hands.

Another video showed AJ Mana telling Raja to give Stu a “receipt” and “tag his shit,” and that if anyone had a problem with it, he would run out to the ring.

Mana claimed he was in character when speaking to Raja.

On social media, WWE producer Shane Helms wrote, “A “receipt” in the ring is for shit that’s happened in the ring. If you got backstage beef, handle that shit backstage. If you got personal heat, handle that shit on personal time. “Receipts” are not for settling personal grievances. If you were trained otherwise, your trainer is wrong.”
