Serpentico explains why his mask is so long.

Serpentico has been a long term member of the AEW roster, but has not been as successful as some of his other long term peers in the promotion. That being said, he is a unique masked luchador in the promotion, and has now explained why he has a long mask.

While speaking on Hey! (EW), Serpentico explained his mask design.

“It’s just, my jaw. Listen, I want to be original, and this mask, I think it’s quite original, isn’t it?”

RJ City did state his belief that the different mask styles was a detriment to Serpentico as a draw.
