Sarah Rowe (Valhalla) Confirms Transition From Wrestling To Farming And Motherhood

Sarah Rowe (Valhalla) has left wrestling and is happy in her new life.

In June 2025, Rowe took to Instagram to announce that her WWE contract wasn’t going to be renewed. She was moved to the alumni page in September, confirming her departure. She had been off television since 2024 as she and her husband Raymond Rowe (Erik) welcomed a child in November 2024.

Speaking on Wise Traditions, Rowe confirmed her transition out of the wrestling business.

“When COVID happened, they let go of 150 wrestlers, and I was one of those wrestlers that got let go. My husband was still hired, I got let go. We were like, ‘Let’s have a baby.’ I always wanted to grow my own food,” she said, noting she comes from a family of farmers. “The day I got fired, I started looking into starting a farm. I got fired, had a baby, got rehired. Then, I just left the company permanently. My contract expired and I’m not renewing it. At first I’m like, ‘Maybe I don’t want to comeback to wrestling. Maybe I just want to start a homestead and a farmer and a mother.’ Once that happened, my body wasn’t used to that peace. I was scared of it. It was scary to put my worth instead something that was not so much bigger than me, but was me. It was such a hard transition, but so needed.”

Before she became Valhalla in her second WWE run, she was Sarah Logan during her first run and part of the Riott Squad.
