Sadie Gibbs Confirms Torn ACL And Knee Ligament

Sadie Gibbs suffered an unfortunate leg injury at Sendai Girls on August 24th.
Before her match began, Gibbs was jumping down off the middle turnbuckle and her leg buckled. Gibbs was attended to be an official and the match was called off.
On social media, Gibbs confirmed that she suffered a torn ACL and tore another ligament in her knee.
She wrote, “Rehabilitation so far has been going well despite the facts of the MRI”
Gibbs has been active in Japan and the UK since returning to the ring in February 2024. She was signed to AEW, but departed the company during the pandemic as she could not travel due to COVID restrictions.
She announced her retirement in 2021, but returned in 2024.
