Rusev Defeats Damian Priest To Advance In The Last Time Is Now Tournament

Rusev moves one step closer to another match with John Cena.

Following Cena’s massive Intercontinental Championship victory, Monday’s episode of WWE Raw rolled on with the first match in The Last Time Is Now tournament, as Rusev faced off against Damian Priest.

Rusev had the advantage from the very beginning, as Priest came into the match with an eye injury. That injury factored into the end of the match, as Cena’s former rival raked Priest’s eye in the corner before nailing him with a Machka Kick for the victory.
