Roxanne Perez Wants A One-On-One Match With Bayley Before 2025 Ends
Roxanne Perez has unfinished business with Bayley that she wants to see resolved by the end of 2025.
Earlier this year, Bayley and Roxanne Perez had a feud. At that time, Perez was transitioning into WWE’s main roster. The hostilities led Bayley to appear on several episodes of NXT and even compete for the NXT Championship at WWE NXT Vengeance Day. That rivalry continued, with Perez becoming the runner-up in the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble and competing inside the Elimination Chamber. However, they have yet to face each other in a one-on-one match.
Speaking to Justin Dhillon on Conversations with the Wrestling Classic, Roxanne Perez named a singles match against Bayley as one of her top goals for the rest of this year.
“Bayley. I think me and Bayley have some unfinished business, and I think we need to settle it in a one-on-one match in the middle of the ring… Never [have we had a singles match]. So, yeah. I think we need to finish that for sure.”
Roxanne Perez is currently one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. She and Raquel Rodriguez will defend the gold against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss at WWE SummerSlam. Bayley is currently not booked for the show. Check out the full card here.
