Roxanne Perez Didn’t Think John Cena Would Want To Take Her Finisher Due To How Small She Is: He Was All For It!

Roxanne Perez looks back on hitting her ‘Pop Rox’ finish on John Cena at Survivor Series.

At WWE Survivor Series last month, John Cena would compete in his final title match in WWE when he defended the WWE Intercontinental Championship against former champion Dominik Mysterio. During the course of the bout, the rest of The Judgment Day would interfere in the match, including Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez, who would hit their respective finishes on the 17 time world champion during moments where the referee was down.

While speaking to Metro in a new interview, Roxanne looked back on the moment, noting that she initially didn’t think Cena would want to take her finisher due to how small she is.

“I wasn’t entirely sure if he would want to take a finisher from me because of how small I am,” she laughed. “And I wasn’t sure if he would want to take a Powerbomb from Raquel Rodriguez, but he was all for it!”

Cena would go on to lose to Mysterio after Liv Morgan made her surprising return to WWE, costing Cena the title.
