Robbie Eagles Reacts To Idea Of Facing MJF At AEW’s Show In Australia

Eagles’ name was brought up to MJF during a media appearance.

In February, All Elite Wrestling is heading back to Australia for their Grand Slam Australia and House Rules events.

AEW World Champion MJF did an interview with Wrestle Radio Australia and was asked about the idea of facing Robbie Eagles, who hails from the state of New South Wales. MJF questioned if people actually want to see that match and said that if enough noise is made about it, he’ll put the title on the line against Eagles in Eagles’ home country.

Robbie took to social media and reacted to MJF’s comments:

Eagles is currently one-half of the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions in New Japan Pro-Wrestling. He and Kosei Fujita successfully defended the belts at the 1/20 Road to The New Beginning Show.
