RISE Wrestling Issue Statement That Jimmy Havoc Won’t Be Working With Them
RISE Wrestling have clarified if Jimmy Havoc will feature on their shows.
RISE Wrestling have ruled out Jimmy Havoc featuring on their shows.
Over the weekend at RISE Wrestling’s event, Brett Semtex would cut a promo and would allude to possibly facing Jimmy Havoc in a match later this year. Havoc was one of several wrestlers named during the Speaking Out movement, as he was fired by All Elite Wrestling after undergoing treatment.
Now, RISE have released a new statement on their Instagram story, stating that despite the promo, they would not be working with Jimmy Havoc in the future.
“After the match on Saturday, Brett Semtex made a comment that has caused some confusion online.
We’d like to clarify that the person mentioned by Brett is not booked by RISE, was not booked, and won’t be working with us. Thank you to everyone who came to SummerSesh for another amazing night at the Brudenell! Your continued support means everything to us.”
RISE STATEMENT
My question; why the fuck would Semtex name Havoc as an opponent he wants unless something had been discussed?

Havoc last wrestled in June of 2020, and has largely been out of the public eye since being named in the Speaking Out movement.
