Riho To Challenge Mercedes Mone For TBS Championship At AEW All Out

Riho will be gunning for gold at AEW All Out.

On the September 3 edition of AEW Dynamite, Mercedes Mone racked up another victory, defeating Alex Windsor to extend her 400+ day reign as the TBS Champion. After the match, Riho shocked fans around the world, as she made her return to the company for the first time in over a year.

Riho was able to handle Mone with ease, sending her falling out of the ring with a basement dropkick. Later on in the show, commentary announced that Riho will challenge Mone for her TBS Championship at AEW All Out.

As of publish time, this is set to be Riho’s first match since July 2024, when she wrestled Lady Frost on an episode of AEW Collision. It will also be her first time challenging for a title or appearing on pay-per-view since Worlds End 2023, when she fell to Toni Storm in a singles bout for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
