Ridge Holland (Luke Menzies) Says He’s Cleared For Unrestricted Physical Exercise

Luke Menzies (Ridge Holland in WWE) is progressing following surgery.
In November, Holland announced he would be undergoing neck surgery. On Friday, he posted the following update.
“As of today I’m fully cleared to return to unrestricted physical exercise after my 2 level cervical disc replacement I had 8 weeks ago…UNREAL. I just need to get these screws out of my foot next. You can call me the Bionic Yorkshireman!” he wrote on social media.

He was sidelined with a Lisfranc injury suffered at TNA iMPACT! tapings in September. His contract with WWE was terminated due to breach in early November after he was informed that his deal would not be renewed when it expired in mid-November.
Ridge Holland previously stated that WWE was paying for his neck surgery despite no longer being under contract.
It is unknown when Ridge will return to the ring.
