Ric Flair has been featured in a handful of video games throughout his career, but was not part of WWE 2K25 one of the legendary playable character.
Speaking to Escapist Magazine, Flair was asked if he knew that he wouldn’t be included in the game.
“I knew about it, but I didn’t expect to be, as I’m still under contract at AEW. Unless you’re on the cover, you don’t make any money anyway. Maybe 0.3% or some damn thing!” Flair stated.
Ric Flair signed a two-year deal with AEW in November 2023, though he hasn’t been part of AEW programming since AEW Revolution 2024 when he was in Sting’s corner for his retirement match.
Flair previously stated that he was unable to appear at WrestleMania 41 due to his AEW contract.
