For pro wrestlers, there is a lot of travel that comes and goes for talent, especially those that work for major promotions like WWE and AEW. With this comes the risk of being swarmed by fans and autograph hunters alike, with the latter being mentioned by wrestlers such as Rhea Ripley and more in the past. Now, Rhea has send out another reminder to fans.
In a new social media post on August 31st, Ripley took to X to remind fans that ‘wrestlers are people’ after dealing with a mobbing incident resulting in her being pushed up against an Uber driver’s door. Ripley also urged fans to ‘use common sense’.
Remember, we are people. Do not swarm me or anyone like a pack of rabid zombies… No one should ever be pushed up against a uber drivers door and completely mobbed like I just experienced. Use common courtesy and humanity. No means no. Wtf.
