Raquel Rodriguez Celebrates Her History With Liv Morgan, Discusses Their Bond And Sisterhood
Raquel Rodriguez pours her heart out for Liv Morgan.
As of publish time, Rodriguez and Morgan have now been an active tag team for three years. Throughout that time, they’ve knocked off countless duos and have held the Women’s Tag Team Championships on four separate occasions.
Speaking with TMZ’s Inside The Ring podcast for a new interview, Rodriguez spoke about her history with Liv Morgan and how they’ve built their bond over the past three years.
“We have such a long history together. We have over three years of working together and being together and honestly, I knew her when I first started at the PC and she was one of the coaches that sat in the ring and was kind of introducing all of us. She has not changed, Liv has always been Liv. She’s always been that very bubbly and charismatic person, so I feel like I’ve just known her for a decade, which I have. Getting to work with her for three years and getting to build a bond with her and building that sisterhood while we were both out with whatever reasons, we just always had each other’s backs. I think what really brought us together too is that we’re both very persistent and determined in that whatever we’re given, we want to make it work and we want to make it good. So, when we were just thrown together as a tag, at first, we were like, ‘Woah, okay, it just might be today. Let’s make it work.’ But then they kept putting us as a tag and to us it was like, okay, if this is something that they like and they see that this is working, how can we make it better? How can we make the people really invest into us as a tag team and really just believe in us together as two girls. We started putting in the work and we started really just meshing and melding together.”
