R-Truth Says His Current WWE Deal Could Be His Final

R-Truth has commented on his wrestling retirement, saying he’ll let pain be his guide.
On Saturday Night’s Main Event Recap, R-Truth was asked if he has thought about his own retirement, and Truth said he’s letting pain guide when he’ll step away from the ring.
“I always like to say, I steal this from The Rock, I let pain in my body be my guide as far as when it’s time for me to go. Right now, I still feel good.”
Truth said he hasn’t gotten many injuries because he learned from Booker T to focus on in-ring psychology and longevity, and do moves that he could get away with. Truth signed a new deal with WWE in June, after being released from the company days before. He said this deal could be his final in wrestling.
“I’ve thought about it. As you know, I just renewed my deal, so this could be the last one. We all have to have that time. We all have to get off the ride at some point.”
On the SNME recap, Truth also commented on John Cena’s retirement. Fans can read his comments here.
