PARADIGM TALENT AGENCY SIGNS KELANI JORDAN & SHILOH HILL, ADVANCING WWE DEVELOPMENTAL STRATEGY
LOS ANGELES — October 9, 2025 — Paradigm Talent Agency announced today the signing of Kelani Jordan and Shiloh Hill, two of the most dynamic prospects in WWE’s Performance Center and developmental system. The move reinforces Paradigm’s 360-degree approach to wrestling representation and its belief in WWE’s Performance Center and Next In Line (NIL) program as engines for the next wave of crossover stars.
Jordan and Hill join Blake Monroe as the first WWE developmental talents currently represented by Paradigm. Each client receives full-spectrum representation including WWE contract advisement and negotiations, long-term brand architecture, acting and on-camera opportunities through Paradigm’s Film & TV Talent division, and book-to-film and IP development. This is the same integrated approach Paradigm applies to a carefully selected group of 12–15 top WWE main-roster stars, including CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and Liv Morgan.
“Kelani and Shiloh represent exactly why we invest early in the Performance Center pipeline,” said Andrew Ruf, Managing Partner at Paradigm. “They’re elite athletes but also modern storytellers with charisma, creativity, and audience-building instincts. Our job is to give them the same Hollywood-level infrastructure we’ve built for our top WWE clients,” added Nick LoPiccolo, Head of Paradigm’s Sports Division.
Kelani Jordan
A former Michigan State University gymnastics star, Lea Mitchell was one of the school’s most decorated athletes, serving as a multi-time team captain and earning Big Ten and academic honors before pivoting to professional wrestling. Since debuting in NXT, she has combined her elite aerial repertoire with polished on-camera poise, quickly becoming a centerpiece of the women’s division.
Jordan made history in 2024 as the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion, a title win widely seen inside WWE as an investment in her long-term main-roster future. In 2025 she added to that momentum by shocking the industry with a cross-promotional breakthrough: capturing the TNA Knockouts World Championship at Victory Road and now leading Team TNA on national television in the NXT Showdown special on The CW.
Her ability to thrive in both WWE and TNA storylines has made her one of wrestling’s most talked-about emerging stars and a signal of the increasingly fluid, rights-driven landscape between promotions.
Shiloh Hill
Born Thunder Justice Keck, Hill is a former Stanford linebacker and academic standout with degrees in computer science, psychology, and sustainability. After competing at the highest level of college football, he entered WWE’s developmental system and was the Season 2 winner of WWE LFG: Legends & Future Greats, where he was mentored by The Undertaker.
Hill has also built a powerful digital storytelling platform, using horror and cross-platform formats to attract massive engagement among Gen Z and young millennial audiences. His content series blends dark-web investigation, found-footage mystery, and interactive fan theory to create a unique genre universe. Over the past month alone, his content has drawn 300M+ views, nearly 10M interactions, and more than 750K new followers, positioning him as one of wrestling’s most innovative athlete-creators with significant upside in and out of the ring.
Paradigm’s wrestling roster has become a case study in crossover strategy:

Paradigm also represents global icons including Mike Tyson, Amanda Serrano, Zhang Weili, Aaron Donald, Reggie Bush, Ray Lewis, Sean Avery, and the Savannah Bananas, pairing sports credibility with film, television, publishing, and brand expertise.
