Orange Cassidy Returns On 9/24 AEW Dynamite, Teams With Hologram And Mark Briscoe To Defeat Don Callis Family

Orange Cassidy is back.
After suffering through a few days of teases, fans were treated to the not-so-shocking return of Orange Cassidy on the September 24 edition of AEW Dynamite, as the former AEW International Champion was the surprise partner for Mark Briscoe and Hologram in their trio match against Kazuchika Okada, Konosuke Takeshita, and Hechicero.
In the end, Hologram ended up scoring the victory for his team, pinning Hechicero after nailing him with his signature Portal Bomb.
After the match, Kyle Fletcher made his first post-All Out appearance, admitting that he felt the worst that he’s ever felt after losing to ‘Hangman’ Adam Page. Fletcher proceeded to challenge Hologram to a match at the AEW Dynamite Six Year Anniversary Show, saying that he’s only undefeated because he hasn’t faced him yet.

With the return, Cassidy brings his six month absence from wrestling to an end. The 41-year-old missed time after suffering a pectoral injury in March. Before the injury, Cassidy last competed in a four way match on Dynamite with Mark Davis, Ricochet, and ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey.
