At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13th, Oba Femi and Cody Rhodes would open the show in a NXT Champion vs WWE Champion match which had the fans attention right up until McIntyre attacked Rhodes during the bout, causing a disqualification.

While speaking on the WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event recap, Oba Femi spoke about Drew McIntyre getting involved in his match with Rhodes, noting that there is nothing personal between he and McIntyre, but that McIntyre definitely robbed the fans by causing a disqualification.

“There’s nothing personal between me and Drew right now, but he definitely robbed the fans. He robbed me of my moment too, and me shoving him was me sending a message. I’ve said the future is here and that message is not just applicable to Cody Rhodes, it’s for every single 40 year-old veteran on this roster. The future is here, the future is now, and the now is me.”

Elsewhere on the WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event recap, R-Truth commented on Cena’s final match. You can read more about that here.
