Nor Diana reflects on her bout with Mercedes Mone at House Of Glory.

At House Of Glory Superclash earlier this week, Nor Diana would defend the APAC Wrestling Women’s Championship against someone who is no stranger to championship gold in AEW’s Mercedes Mone. Mone would come away with the victory in the bout, coming away with yet another title for her ever growing collection.

In a new backstage interview with House Of Glory after the bout, Nor was asked about what was going through her mind following her bout with Mone.

“A lot of things but really I feel really blessed and grateful for my only second match in America, so I’m defending the most prestigious title that is APAC Wrestling Women’s Championship, and also, thought of that, I am not only representing APAC, but Malaysia, to all the underrepresented, the hijabs, to everything who looks like me. If you dream big and believe in yourself, you can achieve it too, and yeah, tonight, Mercedes took my championship. You know what? I will get back my title. This is only my second time, and I promise you the Phoenix will rise again and will come back and take what’s mine, and I will be back better than ever, and I will tell the world why I am the flame that never dies.”
