Nixon Newell: Timeless Toni Storm Is Her Down To A T And I Love It

Nixon Newell talks Timeless Toni Storm’s gimmick.

Prior to Toni Storm’s time in WWE, she was a wrestler all over the world, working in Japan, the UK and more. Along the way, she would become friends with several talents, including Nixon Newell, with the pair also being part of the WWE roster at the same time.

While speaking to Going Ringside in a new interview, Nixon spoke about potentially wrestling Toni Storm in the future, before being asked about ‘The Timeless One’s’ character shift in recent years. Newell would declare it ‘probably the best thing in wrestling right now’, while also stating it’s ‘Toni down to a T’.

“It’s my favorite thing. The Timeless Toni gimmick is probably the best thing in wrestling right now. It’s so much fun. It’s a gimmick, but it’s very much the Toni I’ve known for 14 years. It’s her down to a T, and I love it. I think it’s the best thing.”
