MVP Wanted Ricochet And Cedric Alexander In Hurt Business, Always Thought Ricochet Would Be A Star On His Own
MVP has love for Ricochet.
The Hurt Business formed during the pandemic era and quickly become one of the highlights as MVP, Shelton Benjamin, Bobby Lashley, and Cedric Alexander ran roughshod on the WWE Raw roster.
Taking to social media, MVP commented that he originally wanted Cedric and Ricochet in the group, but could only have one.
True story. When we were forming The Hurt Business, I asked for BOTH Ricochet AND Cedric Alexander. We were told we could only have 1. We chose Cedric because we felt he needed our association more than Ricochet did.

Ricochet was packed up in an ambulance on Monday’s WWE Raw courtesy of Bron Breakker. Ricochet reportedly intends to leave WWE when his contract expires later this summer.
