Mina Shirakawa: “Many Wrestlers & Fans Have Told Me I’m A ‘Live Show Charisma'”
Shirakawa also commented on what she would have done if AEW had not signed her.
There’s a feature piece on Mina Shirakawa that was rolled out by Sports Graphic Number. During their chat, Shirakawa inquired about what makes her so appealing to the American audiences she performs for in AEW/ROH.
She then mentioned that fans and wrestlers have told her that she has ‘live show charisma.’ That description of Shirakawa was first put out there by F4WOnline’s Dave Meltzer. The comment circulated on social media and became a meme of sorts.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Shirakawa spoke about her decision to depart STARDOM and join AEW. She stated that if AEW had turned her down, she would have had no other choice but to compete as a freelancer.
“If AEW turned me down, I thought I’d have no choice but to go freelance.”
Shirakawa is the current Interim ROH Women’s World Television Champion. She main-evented the 9/24 AEW Dynamite and challenged Kris Statlander for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
