Leon Slater & Je’Von Evans vs. Mr. Iguana & La Parka Added To WWE NXT Halloween Havoc

AAA versus NXT/TNA at Halloween Havoc.

There was a TNA X Division Championship match on the 10/21 edition of NXT on The CW. The reigning champion Leon Slater put his title on the line against Stacks. Slater was accompanied to the ring by Je’Von Evans to offset Arianna Grace, who flanked Stacks.

There was a spot during the match when Slater knocked Grace off the ring apron into Evans’ arms.

The match concluded with Slater putting Stacks away with the Swanton 450 to retain the X Division Championship.

Post-match, Evans and Slater reiterated that they wanted to compete at NXT Halloween Havoc on 10/25, but in a tag team match. As they were speaking about that, out came AAA’s Mr. Iguana and La Parka. Mr. Iguana stated that they spoke to NXT General Manager Ava, and she made the tag match official for Halloween Havoc.
