Lainey Reid Appears At WWE NXT No Mercy With Walking Boot

Originally on the bill for WWE NXT No Mercy was Lainey Reid challenging Sol Ruca for the WWE Women’s Speed Championship.

Before showtime, it was revealed that Reid suffered an injury while training and was not cleared to compete. Ruca went on to successfully defend her title on the show against Jaida Parker.

Later in the show, Reid was interviewed backstage and was sporting a walking boot. She stated that she is coming after the Speed Championship when she’s cleared.

There was an appearance from Lola Vice in the backstage segment, and she tried to give Reid some words of encouragement, but Reid brushed her off.
