Kyle O’Reilly Thinks Jon Moxley Makes Everyone In AEW Step Their Game Up, Feels Like Moxley Is ‘Captain Of This Ship’

O’Reilly heaps praise onto Moxley.

The last two weeks of AEW Dynamite featured single matches between Kyle O’Reilly and Jon Moxley. On the newest episode of AEW Unrestricted, O’Reilly spoke highly of Moxley.

He discussed Moxley’s leadership and how he makes every talent in the company up their game. O’Reilly said it feels like Moxley is the captain of the ship.

“He’s just an absolutely incredible performer. I think he really just makes everybody in AEW step up their game, because he’s there, he’s at every show. He’s there in the ring for hours before, he’s there after the show. He’s always there as an ear for people to ask questions. He lives and breathes this business. You really get a sense of that that he is captain of this ship, and he’s a huge inspiration to me and getting to work with him has been great and having great chemistry with him is the icing on the cake…”

The first of two matches between O’Reilly and Moxley in October resulted in a disqualification in O’Reilly’s favor. Their second bout was a double countout.
