Kyle Fletcher Retains AEW TNT Championship At AEW WrestleDream

Kyle Fletcher retained the AEW TNT Championship at AEW WrestleDream, defeating Mark Briscoe.
The finish saw Fletcher hit the brainbuster on the top rope for the three count.
During the match, Fletcher kicked out of three froggy bow elbows and got his finger on the ropes after Briscoe hit the Jay Driller. Fletcher gained the advantage with a low blow and brainbuster, but Briscoe kicked out. Fletcher followed up with a running knee strike, a lawn dart into the corner, a corner kick, and the brainbuster on the top turnbuckle for the victory.

Coming into the match, Fletcher and Briscoe were 2-2 against each other. Briscoe defeated Fletcher on ROH TV in June 2024 and in the 2024 Continental Classic tournament. Fletcher won on AEW Collision in February 2025 and in the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament.
This was the sixth successful title defense for Kyle Fletcher.
