The full lineup for Death Pain Invitational on June 24th from Korakuen Hall has been finalized. The latest addition to the card is a singles bout between Jun Masaoka and NJPW’s Kosei Fujita.
Fujita won the 2025 NJPW Best of the Super Juniors tournament. He was next in line to challenge El Desperado for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship, but Desperado was focused on his match against Jun Kasai which will headline Death Pain Invitational.
Fujita leaned in favor of Desperado focusing on his match against Kasai and then challenging for the Junior Heavyweight belt after.
