Kip Sabian Praises Chuck Taylor’s Comedic Timing And Legacy

Kip Sabian praises Chuck Taylor, naming him a top-five wrestler of all time. Sabian has a lot of love and respect for Sexy Chuckie T.

During a recent interview with Sean Ross Sapp ahead of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2025, Ki Sabian named Chuck Taylor as one of his top five favorite wrestlers. He praised the comedic timing of the journeyman wrestler who now works behind the scenes at AEW. He also said that Taylor is still in his top five.

“I actually joke around all the time about this. I was a massive Chuck Taylor fan. He was in my top five for many a year and I still tell him now that he’s in that top five spot. I’ve always been a huge fan of his. So when someone else says that they’re a massive Chuck Taylor fan, it’s like, ‘Go on.’

“The comedic timing of Chuck Taylor is very underrated. Very underrated.”

Kip Sabian is set to make history in London at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2025. He and Nick Wayne will face Adam Copeland and Christian Cage in their first pay-per-view match as a tag team in 24 years. Check out the full card for that event here.
